Blood pressure and ECG on a Galaxy Watch only switch on when it is paired with a Samsung Galaxy phone. On a Pixel or a OnePlus you are paying for sensors you cannot use, and Samsung's BP feature still needs periodic calibration with a real cuff.
Rated battery is not your battery
Every battery number on a spec sheet is a manufacturer 'typical use' figure. With always-on display, GPS workouts and normal notifications, expect 60-80% of the rated figure — a 40-hour watch becomes a daily charge.
